📍 Location: Pune💼 Experience: 8+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Application Modernisation & DevOps transformation initiative.The client is modernising an estate of ~1,000 applications, involving application assessment, classification, containerisation of VM/On-Prem applications, and migration to a centralised DevOps deployment platform.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Lead application modernisation and migration initiativesDrive application assessment, profiling, classification & migration planningCoordinate containerisation of VM/On-Prem applicationsDrive migration to centralised DevOps / deployment platformsManage project planning, timelines, dependencies, risks & blockersCollaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional technical teamsEnsure delivery within scope and timelinesPrepare clear status reports, blocker logs, ADR summaries & project documentationProactively manage escalations and stakeholder decisions🔹 What We're Looking For:Strong experience as a Project Manager in technology transformationProven experience in Cloud Migration / Application ModernisationGood understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Containers, VM/On-Prem & CloudStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience managing large-scale migration/modernisation programmesStrong project planning, risk, dependency, and delivery management skills
