About the Company#Xebia is looking for Project Manager- Arabic SpeakerAbout the RoleExperience- 10+ yearsLocation- Dubai, UAEArabic Speaker is MandatoryResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Project/Product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.Conduct project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to stakeholders.Apply Agile principles to project execution, fostering iterative development and continuous improvement.Facilitate working groups, driving collaboration between business, technology, and control functions.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting style and content as required.Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.Ability to handle contractual obligations, governance, audits, and escalations.Proficiency in project Management tools like Jira, MS Project etc.QualificationsCertifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe (preferred).Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
