Location: LondonSalary: Negotiable depending on experience + Bonus Type: PermanentWe are working with a specialist technology business delivering bespoke AV, lighting control and smart technology solutions across high-end residential, commercial and hospitality environments.The business is growing and is looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from planning through to completion.

This is a hands-on role, combining client management, site coordination, technical project delivery and people management.The RoleYou will be responsible for making sure projects are properly planned, resourced and delivered, working closely with clients, engineers, suppliers and the wider team.Your responsibilities will include:Managing projects from initial planning through to installation and completionBeing the main point of contact for clients throughout deliveryCoordinating engineers and technical teams across multiple sitesPlanning engineers' weeks and making sure resources are in the right place at the right timeEnsuring the correct equipment and materials are ordered and available when requiredManaging site activity, with a mixture of office, client and site-based workWorking with the design and estimating teams to ensure projects are delivered as specifiedManaging project logistics, timelines and budgetsResolving issues on-site and keeping projects movingOverseeing installation, testing, commissioning and handoverSupporting and managing the engineers working on your projectsAbout YouWe're more interested in how you work and how you deal with people than ticking every technical box.You could come from an AV, smart home, electrical, building technology, M&E or systems integration background and have moved into project management. What's important is that you're:Client-facing and confident dealing with peopleOrganised and able to manage multiple moving partsComfortable managing technical teams and site activityPractical and commercially awareProactive when problems ariseHungry to take ownership and get projects deliveredSomeone who takes pride in doing things properlyTechnical knowledge of AV, lighting control, smart technology or systems integration would be useful, but the business is willing to train the right person.A driving licence is required.
