JOB TITLE: Project Manager – AV Systems IntegrationPOSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent, NEW VacancySCHEDULE: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm - HybridWHO WE ARE:Rova Unify is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Project Manager – AV Systems Integration to lead the delivery of Microsoft Teams and audiovisual projects. This role will oversee projects from initiation through completion, managing schedules, resources, budgets, documentation, and communication across clients, sales, technical, and installation teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard.The successful candidate will join our growing UC group and play an important role in supporting the development and implementation of our video meeting room initiative.JOB SUMMARY:Lead end-to-end project management for collaborative room and AV integration projects.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and guide project team members including project coordinator, engineers and technicians.Conduct project meetings, review milestones, and track risks and action items.Monitor project budgets and costs to maintain profitability.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.Oversee project documentation including commissioning reports, as-built drawings, and handover packages including training material for clientsIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and issues.Other duties as assigned.WHAT YOU NEED:Strong project management experience (3–5+ years) in AV integration or collaborative technology projects.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management or scheduling tools is an asset.Ability to travel to client sites as required.WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:Knowledge of AV systems including video conferencing, displays, audio systems, control systems, and networking.Familiarity with construction and installation processes in commercial environments.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Ability to travel to client sites as required.EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:PMP accreditation requiredCTS considered a strong assetArtificial Intelligence Disclosure: Automated tools may be used as part of the recruitment process to assist in the screening, assessment, and evaluation of applications.Rova Products Canada is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities upon request.
