Project Manager – Behavioral Health & Human Services

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and support complex initiatives within the behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or public-sector environment.Required Skills & QualificationsMaster’s degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Public Policy, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field.3+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, policy development, systems development, or implementation.Strong experience within behavioral health, healthcare, human services, child welfare, Medicaid, or public-sector programs.Proven experience managing complex projects/programs from planning through implementation.Experience with grant management, contract management, and strategic planning.Strong knowledge of project planning, implementation, stakeholder management, risk management, and process improvement.Willingness and ability to travel within Rhode Island for meetings and site visits.
