Their culture is built around collaboration, accountability, safety, and long-term career development.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of restoration and building envelope projects across Florida. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will be responsible for managing project operations from contract award through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role requires regular interaction with clients, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining ownership of project financial performance and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage building envelope restoration, concrete repair, waterproofing, and façade rehabilitation projects from award through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability.Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Maintain project documentation, billing, collections, and reporting.Lead procurement of materials and subcontractors.Support field operations and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.Review submittals, schedules, shop drawings, and project deliverables.Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications7+ years of project management experience within commercial construction.Experience with building envelope restoration, façade repair, concrete restoration, waterproofing, masonry restoration, or structural rehabilitation projects.Experience managing occupied facilities, high-rise structures, or coastal restoration projects preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong financial performance.Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.OSHA 30 certification preferred.Ability to travel throughout Florida as required.What Our Client OffersEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Competitive base salaryPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive health benefitsRetirement savings programmeProfessional development and trainingLong-term career growth with an established industry leaderOpportunity to work on some of Florida's most prominent restoration and building envelope projectsIf you're an experienced construction professional looking to take ownership of impactful restoration and building envelope projects while advancing your career with a respected employee-owned contractor, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
