The role runs cross-functional teams, manages multiple engagements in parallel, and coordinates external solution providers alongside internal engineering teams to deliver high-quality, on-time implementations.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from scoping and evaluation through to deployment
- Manage multiple engagements in parallel, aligning requirements, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate third-party solution providers and technology vendors to ensure smooth integration
- Drive risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication across complex environments
- Monitor KPIs, project budgets, and delivery performance, driving continuous improvement
- Lead client-side scoping and evaluation of turnkey projects delivered through development partnersRequired Technical Skills
- 8–10+ years of project management across large enterprise or multi-stakeholder programs
- Client-side implementation of large, complex turnkey projects through a development partner
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plusCandidate Profile
- Experience with airline cargo or logistics systems is preferred
- Comfortable running vendors and multiple customer engagements simultaneously
- Data-driven on KPIs, budgets, and delivery performance
- Calm, decisive operator under complex delivery pressure
