Project Manager – Civil (High-Rise Construction)

Job PurposeThe Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects within established timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role requires strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary construction teams, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications & Experience:B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil construction.Proven experience in managing high-rise residential/commercial building projects from inception to handover.GCC experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects.Ensure delivery within schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Monitor project progress, risks, resource allocation, and project costs.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company policies.
