Founded by Casey Bull, whose career spans more than a decade as a COO, CMO, and Global Director across orthodontic and dental organizations, CascadEffects steps in as embedded leadership, working shoulder to shoulder with client teams to build systems, develop leaders, and hand off a stronger organization when the engagement ends.The RoleWe are hiring a Project Manager to keep our client engagements moving. This is not a software or dev PM role. You will be the person who knows exactly where every project stands, who owns the next step, and what needs to happen to keep things on track.You will spend your days in email, Slack, and meetings, tracking commitments, following up with clients, vendors, and our internal team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Some days you will execute tasks yourself. Every day you will be the one holding the thread across multiple moving projects and making sure they actually reach the finish line.We will train you on the dental and orthodontic industry and on our systems. What we can't train is the mindset: you need to be a natural leader who is detail oriented, organized, and consistently good at getting people to follow through, even when they don't report to you.What You Will DoTrack every open project across a handful of client engagements: who owns what, what's due when, and what's blocking progressMonitor email, Slack, and meeting discussions to capture action items and make sure they get assigned and closed outFollow up with clients, vendors, and internal team members to keep projects moving toward their outcomes, not just their deadlinesRun and organize meetings: agendas, notes, and clear next stepsExecute select tasks directly when it's faster than delegatingFlag risks and bottlenecks before they become problemsBring structure and consistency to how we manage client work as we growWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degreeA natural leader with a strong, engaging personality who can rally a room and inspire people to do their best workHighly detail oriented and organized. You notice what others missReal project management experience, whatever industry it came fromExperience managing or leading a team, even outside a traditional office setting (hospitality, retail, food service, competitive sports and similar all count)Comfortable holding people accountable, including people who don't report to youStrong written and verbal communicationNo dental, orthodontic, or software/dev experience required.
