Project Manager - Client Side

My client is a leading residential development company who have a proven track record of delivering high quality homes in Leinster. Due to their ongoing growth and with several projects in the pipeline, they are seeking an experienced project manager to join their team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of residential development projects from inception to completion. Duties:Managing project timelines, budgets, and resourcesCoordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with building regulations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.Monitoring construction progressIdentifying and resolving issuesPreparation of reports for stake holdersSupporting decision-making for senior leadership.This is a full-time, requiring regular presence at project locations and the company office to manage day-to-day activities effectively.

Requirements

Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control practices on construction or development sites.Logistics Management skills to oversee supply chains, site deliveries, and inventory related to project activities.Previous experience in residential real estate development or construction project management.Proficiency in project management software and standard office productivity tools.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.Relevant degree or qualification in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field.Familiarity with Irish building regulations, health and safety standards, and local planning processes is an advantage.If you are interested in applying for this role, click the link below or contact Mark Barrett on 0874027117/mbarrett@ratiorecruitment.com
