My client is brimming with experience at the top, Directors and SPM's full of VIC construction knowledge and networks. They deliver a wide variety of projects from private industrial, commercial to civil projects. A team of 15, they require a another client side Project Manager.Maybe you are working at a large PM firm and feel like a number? Bit of a cog in a large wheel? Prefer to have more influence, have a say....Your new role Acting as a client side project manager you will be engaged by clients to deliver projects on their behalf, overseeing design and construction, oversight of the projects from start to finish. Acting as the point of contact between all stakeholders and the client, this role demands confidence and outstanding communication skills. The clients are generally private in nature, my client avoids those slow moving government clients. What you'll need to succeed A construction related degree- construction management, engineering, architecture etcBetween 3- 6 years experience2 years as Project Manager with another consultancy- essential!Experience in coordination, stakeholder managementExceptional communication and confidenceTier 1 or 2 projects- projects $20m+ (not residential)What you'll get in return I have placed 2 project managers here this year already.
