قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجFulltime | Amsterdam or LondonThe role requires a minimum of four business days per week on-site at HQ to foster team energy, enable effective co-creation, support hands-on coaching, and strengthen collaboration with project teams and business stakeholders. As a Project Manager within the Urban Gym Group, you will take ownership of strategic company projects from initiation through delivery. With 3–5 years of project management experience behind you, you will independently lead cross-functional initiatives, drive governance and reporting standards, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization.You will ensure that project delivery aligns with organizational standards, timelines, and objectives, directly supporting the growth of our dynamic organization. Working closely with a broad range of business teams (i.e. Finance, Marketing, IT, Digital Systems, Club Operations) you will have direct exposure to decision-making at all levels while shaping cross-functional and strategic initiatives that deliver end-to-end business impact.Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Independently plan, execute, and deliver strategic projects across multiple departments, managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.Define project plans, schedules, and deliverables, and take full ownership of their execution and reporting.Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and resolving where needed.Drive projects to completion against agreed milestones and success criteria.PMO Governance and Standards Implement and continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency and quality across the project portfolio.Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies and champion best practices across teams.Reporting Own project reporting: build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards in Monday.com for project teams, steering committees, and senior management.Translate project data into actionable insights, highlighting risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders in a timely manner.Close each project with an After Action Review involving the full project team.Resource Coordination Manage resource planning and allocation across your projects, balancing availability, utilization, and priorities.Coordinate the onboarding of team members and external partners to projects.Communication and Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, business owners, and senior stakeholders.Lead key project meetings (kick-offs, steering committees, status updates), ensuring clear decision-making, documentation, and follow-up.Manage stakeholder expectations and secure buy-in for project decisions and changes.Continuous Improvement Identify and drive improvements to PMO tools, workflows, and methodologies based on experience and lessons learned.Contribute to the professional development of the PMO by sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced team members.Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years of demonstrable experience managing projects end-to-end, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-site, or scale-up environment.Proven experience with usage of AI (e.g. Claude).Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams at all levels of the organization.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Hands-on experience with project management software (Monday.com).Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the bigger picture.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent projects.Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on attitude who thrives in a dynamic environment.We Offer Competitive salary plus 8% holiday pay based on your annual salary26 days holiday (based on full-time employment)Pension plan to support your futureJoin our Work in Club Programme and experience life on the gym floorWell-being matters: you and your family get unlimited access to OpenUp, our mental health and well-being partnerUnlimited access to all our first-class clubs for you and a +1Remote working option for up to 10 days a year based on full-time employmentOne day a year for charity work: give back and make an impactExchange of Public Holidays.Room to further develop your project management expertise and shape your career path within a growing organization
