Project Manager (Earthworks & Infrastructure) – RiyadhAre you an experienced leader with a proven track record in managing major civil engineering and infrastructure projects? We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead and oversee our large-scale earthworks and infrastructure developments. Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage all project phases from initial planning to successful handover, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, and quality standards.• Direct and supervise site activities, including deep excavations, grading, earthworks, and the installation of infrastructure networks.• Coordinate effectively with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant government authorities.• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and manage project risks proactively.• Prepare and present regular progress reports to the senior management, highlighting milestones and key decisions.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related engineering discipline.• Proven track record of experience [e.g., 8–10+ years] in managing major infrastructure and earthworks projects.• Strong knowledge of technical specifications, heavy machinery management, and quantity surveying.• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
