Project Manager

AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of various IT and business projects. The Project Manager will coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgetsCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersManage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersConduct project evaluations and identify lessons learnedRequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field4 to 6 years of experience in project managementKnowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and WaterfallStrong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsRelevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
