This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves planning project activities, coordinating resources, and managing timelines and milestones. The Project Manager will liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to resolve issues, track progress, and handle documentation and reporting. Daily responsibilities include monitoring risks, managing change requests, leading project meetings, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. The role also includes mentoring team members, aligning project work with organizational objectives, and supporting continuous improvement in project processes.Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.Expeditor and Expediting experience to track materials, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery.Inspection skills to verify compliance with specifications, standards, and quality requirements.Logistics Management capabilities to oversee shipments, scheduling, and coordination of materials and equipment.Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; professional project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills in English.Proven experience managing projects in industrial, construction, or logistics-focused environments.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
