Team members work in a dynamic environment that values technical excellence and continuous improvement.Role Description The Project Manager role at Surekha Exports is a full-time, on-office based position based in Kozhikode. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for synthetic sports surface installations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and resolving issues that may impact delivery. The role involves close collaboration with expediting, logistics, and inspection teams to ensure materials and equipment arrive on time and meet specifications. The Project Manager will prepare regular status reports, maintain project documentation, and support continuous improvement of project management processes.QualificationsStrong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience leading construction or infrastructure projects.Expertise in expeditor and expediting functions to track orders, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.Experience in Inspection activities to verify quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Logistics Management capabilities to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and on-site material handling for multiple projects.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools, with strong documentation and reporting skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on-site.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Quality, schedule and budget monitoring Project management tools such as primavera, MS projects, etc Knowledge of sports infrastructure or synthetic flooring projects is an advantage.
