You’ll be part of a team where ownership is expected, collaboration is celebrated, and creativity is the standard.About the Role:Leading the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to successful delivery.Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.Driving Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, roadmaps, risk registers, dependency tracking, and delivery reporting.Monitoring project progress, proactively identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.Managing stakeholder communications, providing regular project updates, and ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.Maintaining project documentation, Jira boards, Confluence pages, dashboards, and delivery metrics.Coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors to support successful project execution.Identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.Core Skills:Project ManagementAgile & Scrum MethodologiesSoftware Delivery & SDLCStakeholder ManagementCross-functional Team LeadershipSprint Planning & Agile CeremoniesRisk & Issue ManagementProject GovernanceJira & ConfluenceProject Planning & RoadmappingDelivery Reporting & Dashboard ManagementAPI IntegrationsCloud TechnologiesDevOps CollaborationProcess ImprovementTechnology DeliveryOur ValuesOwn It, Every Time – Responsibility is our standard.Make Things Happen – We act decisively and with purpose.Relationships Matter – We collaborate with intent.Integrity is Everything – No shortcuts.
