We are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable solutions to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background in the ship repair industry to join our team.Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.The Project Manager will be responsible for managing ship repair projects from initial planning through successful completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple ship repair and marine maintenance projects simultaneously.Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within the approved schedule and budget.Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, logistics, and subcontractors.Liaise directly with clients, classification societies, and vessel representatives.Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, progress reports, and project documentation.Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE policies, and international marine standards.Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.Manage project resources efficiently to achieve operational excellence.Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the Ship Repair industry (mandatory).Experience managing dry-docking, afloat repairs, steel renewal, piping, mechanical, and marine fabrication projects.Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.Experience coordinating with classification societies, ship owners, and subcontractors.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.UAE marine industry experience is preferred.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Career growth opportunities.Professional and dynamic working environment.Opportunity to work on major marine and ship repair projects.Important Notice:Candidates who do not have the required 4–5 years of Project Management experience in the Ship Repair industry, as specified above, are kindly requested not to submit their CVs.
