Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time Project Manager role at Legaline Platform, based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, timelines, and resource plans, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing external vendors and partners, tracking progress through regular status updates, and identifying and mitigating risks and issues. The role involves organizing project documentation, leading meetings, preparing reports for stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards. The Project Manager will also drive continuous improvement, optimize workflows, and support the implementation of tools and best practices across projects.Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience with planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects.Experience with expediting and expeditor activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.Knowledge of inspection processes and quality assurance to verify compliance with standards and project requirements.Logistics management skills to coordinate movements of resources, manage schedules, and support operational efficiency.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, law, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, and comfort working in a hybrid environment (office and remote).Experience in legal-tech, technology platforms, or professional services is beneficial but not required.
