قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of a new Sediver manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia (KSA). The role oversees project planning, execution, budget control, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance to ensure the successful and timely completion of the project. Acting as the primary coordination point between internal teams, local authorities, contractors, suppliers, and advisors, the Project Manager ensures alignment of construction activities, equipment procurement, and operational readiness while providing regular progress updates to senior management.Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall project management and related activities for the establishment of Sediver’s new manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget requirements.Manage relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders, ensuring the timely acquisition of permits, licenses, approvals, and available government incentives necessary for project execution.Oversee the planning, execution, budget control, and monitoring of all civil engineering and construction activities related to the manufacturing facility.Identify, assess, and qualify local suppliers for strategic raw materials in close collaboration with Sediver’s Procurement and Quality teams.Coordinate and facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and local legal and tax advisors, to ensure effective project execution and compliance.Collaborate with Sediver’s technical experts to define, review, and align technical specifications for construction works, equipment procurement, and plant infrastructure.Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and prepare regular management reports highlighting project status, key milestones, budget performance, and critical issues.Professional Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline; additional project management qualifications would be an advantage.Proven experience in capital project management and Project Management Office (PMO) activities, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Demonstrated experience managing construction projects in Saudi Arabia (KSA), preferably involving manufacturing or industrial facilities.Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and ability to effectively navigate administrative processes, permits, approvals, and relationships with government authorities.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be considered a strong asset.Key Competencies:Excellent stakeholder managementStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work effectively across multicultural and cross-functional teamsStrong financial and budget management capabilities, including project cost control and reportingProblem-solving and decision-makingOrganizational and time management skills
