Project Manager 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with business stakeholders, AI platform vendors, and technology partners, while ensuring successful execution of strategic transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of enterprise AI transformation projects.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business, technology, and vendor teams.Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and project governance.Maintain RAID logs, project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage project changes.Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong track record of delivering enterprise technology, AI, or digital transformation projects.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in large enterprise environments.Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management experience.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.Experience in project governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
