Company: WesalCX*Location:*Cairo, Egypt*Employment Type:Full-Time# Job SummaryWesalCX is looking for a proactive Project Manager to manage and coordinate technology and customer experience projects from initiation through Go-Live and closure.The role requires strong planning, communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.## Key Responsibilities* Manage projects across the full lifecycle: planning, execution, UAT, Go-Live, and closure.* Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, MOMs, and action trackers.* Coordinate between customers and internal teams including BA, Solution, Development, Integration, QA, Infrastructure, and Support.* Track scope, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.* Manage customer prerequisites such as servers, VPN, firewall, access, APIs, and integrations.* Lead project meetings, UAT activities, Go-Live readiness, and customer sign-off.* Provide regular project updates to customers and management.* Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.#Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.* 3–5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in technology, software, system integration, telecom, or CX projects.* Strong communication, documentation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.* Very good command of English and Arabic.# Preferred ExperienceExposure to any of the following is a plus:* Contact Center / CX Solutions* Genesys Cloud CX* Odoo / CRM / ERP* Voice Bots, Chatbots, and AI solutions* APIs and System Integrations* Cloud, Networking, VPN, and Firewall conceptsPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, or Genesys certifications are considered a plus.📩 **If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to:**[Omar.khaled@wesalcx.com]
