The role combines project delivery leadership with strong techno-functional understanding across AI, data, technology, risk, governance, and business adoption.Job Description:The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, the AI Center of Excellence, technology, data, architecture, security, risk, compliance, legal, operations, vendors, and delivery partners to manage the full lifecycle of AI use cases—from discovery and prioritization through delivery, governance approvals, deployment, adoption, and benefits realization.Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and delivery plans for AI initiatives.Manage end-to-end delivery across discovery, feasibility assessment, solution design, development, testing, governance approval, deployment, and post-implementation review.Translate business priorities into structured AI delivery plans with measurable outcomes and governance checkpoints.Track risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, dependencies, change requests, and escalations through structured RAID governance.Bridge business, product, data science, engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, and governance teams.Facilitate requirements workshops, solution walkthroughs, design discussions, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder reviews, and steering committee meetings.Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and operational readiness requirements.Coordinate AI governance reviews, risk assessments, security reviews, privacy assessments, model validation, and approval checkpoints.Coordinate responsible AI testing, model evaluation, guardrail validation, user acceptance testing, operational readiness, and production go-live activities.Ensure acceptance criteria address accuracy, reliability, explainability, safety, fairness, privacy, resilience, monitoring, and human oversight.Coordinate runbooks, support models, monitoring dashboards, incident processes, user training, and benefits tracking.Manage internal teams, vendors, implementation partners, platform providers, SOWs, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.Prepare executive status reports, steering committee packs, governance submissions, delivery health reports, and benefits realization updates.Support user engagement, training coordination, communications, adoption tracking, and operating model changes.Improve AI delivery playbooks, governance workflows, reporting standards, and project assurance practices.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Science, or a related discipline.8–12+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery, business transformation, data, or AI-enabled change initiatives.At least 4 years of experience managing technology, data, analytics, automation, or AI-related projects.Strong understanding of AI delivery lifecycles, including discovery, feasibility, design, build, testing, approval, deployment, monitoring, and benefits realization.Working knowledge of predictive AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, data pipelines, model lifecycle, model evaluation, guardrails, MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, and AI monitoring.Experience translating business requirements into project plans, user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, test plans, and governance documentation.Strong project management experience across planning, scheduling, budgeting, dependency management, RAID management, reporting, change control, stakeholder management, and delivery assurance.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, technology, data science, engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and vendors.Understanding of responsible AI principles, including fairness, explainability, privacy, security, human oversight, content safety, prompt-injection mitigation, auditability, and traceability.Experience managing Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models.Familiarity with cloud, data, integration, API, security, identity, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and operational support concepts.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical risks, business impacts, delivery options, and governance requirements to senior stakeholders.Experience working in regulated, security-conscious, or governance-driven environments, preferably banking or financial services.Preferred Qualifications:Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, AI/ML, cloud, data, technology risk, or governance certification.Experience managing vendors and implementation partners, including SOW tracking, deliverable acceptance, dependency management, and performance monitoring.Experience supporting AI adoption, change management, user training, and benefits realization.Benefits:100% Medical Insurance premium for Employee will be paid by Synechron.Medical
