Project Manager

A leading automotive manufacturing organization is seeking a Technical Program & Project Management Specialist to support critical initiatives at BlueOval Battery Park in Marshall, MI. This role will lead enterprise technology and business application projects with a strong emphasis on Agile/Scrum methodologies, SAP implementations, IT project delivery, and cross-functional stakeholder management.The ideal candidate is an experienced project leader who can drive complex programs from planning through execution while partnering with internal business teams and external vendors, including Ford, Accenture, SAP, and other third-party partners.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required.6+ years of overall IT experience.3+ years of program and/or project management experience.Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives and enterprise software implementations.Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Strong problem-solving, organization, and leadership skills.
