The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves supervising site activities, resolving operational issues, monitoring resource allocation, and preparing progress reports for stakeholders. The Project Manager will also support client communication, manage expectations, and ensure that all deliverables align with design specifications and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Project planning and scheduling skills, including experience with construction timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.Site supervision and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural engineering basics, and MEP-related workflows.Ability to manage budgets, estimates, and contracts, including cost control and risk management.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to handle clients and team members effectively.Proficiency with project management tools and basic digital documentation (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software).Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and permit processes relevant to Malappuram and surrounding regions.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Prior experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects is strongly preferred.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
