Our well-established client who is based in Dubai is seeking experienced Project Manager to join their team. Specialising in interior fit-out, retail displays, and permanent fixtures, the company delivers high-quality environments for global brands through its in-house design and production capabilities. With a strong technical foundation and a commitment to excellence, this business is known for producing impactful branded spaces across the region.Role SummaryYour role will be to lead the successful delivery of high-impact projects from concept to completion. You will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal departments, including design, production, and estimating, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDefine project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needsDevelop and manage detailed project plansTranslate technical drawings and client briefs into actionable stepsMonitor project risks and implement mitigation strategiesClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clients throughout the projectLead technical discussions and maintain strong client relationshipsProvide regular updates and manage expectations professionallyTeam & Cross-Functional CoordinationLead internal teams across departmentsDelegate tasks and ensure collaboration across functionsMotivate and support team members to drive project successBudget, Schedule & Quality ControlManage project budgets and material planningTrack costs and timelines, ensuring efficiency and profitabilityEnforce quality control standards and maintain documentationProject Close-OutOversee handover and ensure client satisfactionConduct post-project evaluations and complete administrative close-outIdeal Candidate ProfileBackground in interior fit-out, retail displays, or permanent fixturesDegree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredExperience in companies with in-house production is a strong advantagePMP certification or equivalent is beneficialProficient in project management tools/softwareExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusProject Types IncludeRetail interior fit-outsPermanent fixtures and branded environmentsPromotional and experiential display installationsIf you're a technically strong and detail-oriented Project Manager looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, production-led environment, we’d love to hear from you.*Please note only suitable candidates will be contacted, please ensure you have a suitable portfolio to present upon application
