Job Description – Project Manager (Luxury Hotel Project)Position SummaryLead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a luxury hotel construction project, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety, and hospitality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of the luxury hotel project from mobilization to handover.Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.Monitor project progress, risks, variations, and cost performance.Resolve technical and operational issues to maintain project milestones.Prepare project progress reports and present updates to senior management.Lead and mentor the project team to achieve successful project delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.15+ years of experience managing luxury hotel or high-end hospitality construction projects.Proven track record in delivering large-scale hotel developments.Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, planning, cost control, and quality management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
