RNisarg projects are focused on reducing waste generation, and promoting reuse and recycling, with a particular emphasis on creating Zero Waste Educational Institutions.Job Description – Project ManagerOrganization: RNisarg FoundationRole: Project Manager – CSR ProjectsPrimary Project: Project SAKHILocation: Mumbai / ThaneExperience: 3–5 years preferredRole OverviewRNisarg Foundation is looking for a Project Manager to lead Project SAKHI and other CSR-funded projects. The role will involve end-to-end project planning, field implementation, stakeholder coordination, team management, monitoring, documentation, and CSR reporting.Key Responsibilities* Plan and execute CSR projects as per approved timelines, budgets, and deliverables.* Lead implementation of Project SAKHI, including menstrual health awareness, training, community outreach, and follow-ups.* Coordinate with CSR partners, government stakeholders, healthcare workers, trainers, NGOs, and communities.* Manage project teams, field staff, interns, and volunteers.* Conduct regular field visits and monitor implementation quality.* Track project targets, beneficiary data, KPIs, and outcomes.* Prepare MIS, monthly/quarterly reports, presentations, case studies, and impact documentation.* Monitor project budgets and coordinate with the finance team for expenses and supporting documents.* Identify implementation challenges and ensure timely corrective action.* Support project proposals, renewals, and expansion opportunities.Candidate Profile* Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Public Health, Development Studies, Management, Sociology, or a related field.* 3–5 years of experience in NGO, CSR, public health, or community-based projects.* Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and team management skills.* Good communication and reporting skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint.* Comfortable with regular field travel.* Experience in women’s health, menstrual health, or community development will be an added advantage.Key SkillsProject Management | CSR Coordination | Team Management | Field Implementation | MIS & Reporting | Stakeholder Management | Budget Tracking | Impact MeasurementTo Apply: Share Application for Project Manager – CSR Projectssupport@rnisargfoundation.comWebsite: www.rnisargfoundation.com
