We work with some of the worldโs biggest brands and agencies to create physical experiences built on creative thinking, precise execution and close collaboration.And now weโre looking for a Project Manager to help make it happen.๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐Youโll take projects from the first confirmed brief through to fabrication, delivery, bump-in and bump-out.Youโll be the person connecting all the moving parts โ the timeline, the budget, the suppliers, the team, the client and every detail in between.Youโll work closely with clients, agencies, drafters, fabricators, suppliers and installers to turn creative concepts into something that actually works in the real world.Some days will be spent mapping out the next three weeks.Other days will involve solving a problem that needs fixing in the next three minutes.You might be reviewing a drawing in the morning, chasing a critical delivery before lunch and standing on site that afternoon making sure everything comes together exactly as it should.Thatโs the job.We need someone who genuinely enjoys both sides of it.๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐โ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐Building project schedules and keeping them movingCoordinating clients, agencies, suppliers and our internal teamManaging materials, orders, transport and site logisticsWorking with our drafting and fabrication teams to turn designs into realityManaging subcontractors and installation teamsTracking budgets, timelines, approvals and deliverablesSpotting problems before they become expensive problemsKeeping project documentation clear, accurate and up to dateManaging bump-in and bump-outMaking sure every project is delivered safely and to the standard we expect๐๐๐๐ ๐๐โ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐Youโve managed complex projects before.Maybe thatโs been in construction, exhibitions, events, experiential production or fabrication. Maybe itโs somewhere else entirely.What matters is that you can take something complicated, make sense of it, build a plan and get the right people moving towards the same outcome.You know plans change.Youโre comfortable chasing a supplier in the morning, talking through a construction detail with a drafter at lunch and solving a site issue in the afternoon.Youโre organised without needing everything to be perfect.You communicate clearly.You ask the right questions.You notice the little things.And when something inevitably goes sideways, your first instinct is:โAlright. How do we fix it?โExperience with project management, construction, fabrication or engineering is highly valued.Formal qualifications are a bonus, not the main thing.๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐?Because you wonโt be sitting behind a spreadsheet managing a project you never get to see.๐๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐ ๐๐ญ๐ฌ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ.The brief is locked in. The drawings are moving. Materials are being ordered. Things are being built.
