Project Manager

Position OverviewThis is a project-based role responsible for managing project execution, driving outreach initiatives, coordinating registrations, and overseeing on-ground team operations across assigned cities. The Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between managers and the field team, ensuring smooth project delivery and achieving project objectives and targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive outreach and registration processes across assigned cities to meet project objectivesAchieve and track targets set by the Project Head, providing regular progress updates and reporting on target achievementManage and coordinate registration processes, ensuring accurate and timely data collection while monitoring conversion metricsOversee on-ground team management, including scheduling, task allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring team alignment with target goalsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and target achievementPrepare regular progress reports communicating updates on outreach activities, registration numbers, and target achievement to project leadershipManage project logistics, resources, and budget allocation as required to support outreach and registration activitiesTroubleshoot on-ground issues and implement timely solutions to maintain momentum in achieving targetsMonitor and analyze outreach metrics to identify improvement opportunities and optimize strategies for better target achievementRequired Skills & CompetenciesExcellent project management and organizational skillsTeam leadership and motivation capabilitiesData management and attention to detailProblem-solving and decision-making skillsTarget-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve goalsAbility to work in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsExperience & Qualifications2-3 years of project management or field coordination experienceProven track record in team management and outreach operations with demonstrated target achievementExperience in managing multiple projects across different locations/citiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceProficiency with project management tools and MS OfficeExperience with data analysis and reporting tools
