Project Manager

An award-winning international architecture and design studio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Dubai team. With a portfolio spanning high-rise, mixed-use, hospitality, cultural and large-scale masterplanning projects, the practice offers the opportunity to work on ambitious and technically complex developments alongside a global network of architects, designers and consultants.This role is ideally suited to a Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale projects in the Middle East. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from inception through to delivery, overseeing programmes, budgets, consultant coordination and client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of design and project execution are maintained throughout.The RoleThe Project Manager will act as the primary point of coordination between clients, consultants and internal project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with design and technical teams, they will manage project delivery, monitor progress and drive successful outcomes across all phases of development. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile international projects while playing a key role in the continued growth and success of the Dubai studio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion.Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders.Coordinate internal teams, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Monitor project programmes, resources and commercial performance.Lead project meetings, manage risks and provide regular progress updates.Support business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.RequirementsDegree qualified in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.Proven experience managing architectural, mixed-use, commercial or hospitality projects.Strong understanding of project delivery, consultant coordination and construction processes.Excellent client-facing, communication and leadership skills.Commercially aware with strong organisational and programme management abilities.Experience working within the UAE or Middle East market would be advantageous.Knowledge of BIM and digital project delivery processes is beneficial.Professional project management accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Medical and social insurance provided in line with company policy.33 days of annual leave, inclusive of public holidays.Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office, 2 from home).Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.Exposure to high-profile international projects.Supportive and collaborative studio culture.Opportunity to work within a globally recognised design practice committed to innovation, sustainability and technical excellence.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career with a highly respected international design practice.
