Apply & track with Apply EdgePROJECT MANAGERLuxury Retail Fit-Out and New Store ConstructionSalary: up to £75,000 per annum, dependent on experienceLocation: Central LondonJob Type: PermanentSector: Retail construction, fit-out, luxury fashionAbout the ConsultancyA London-based retail project management consultancy delivering store refurbishment and new store construction for market leading high street and luxury brands, both in the UK and internationally.The work spans concept stores through to international flagships, and the team is built around long-standing client relationships, technical depth, and a genuinely high standard of service.The RoleAs a Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for leading the delivery of store refurbishment and new store construction projects from inception through to completion.You'll provide guidance and leadership to internal and external teams alike, including clients, designers, consultants, and contractors, holding the programme, the cost, and the quality together while delivering a market leading standard of service.What matters mostStrong experience and knowledge of luxury fashion retail is the key requirement for this role.You'll understand how luxury fashion brands operate and what they expect on site: brand standards and guidelines applied without compromise, close working with in-house and global design teams, high specification finishes, joinery, stone, metalwork, lighting, and visual merchandising, and the level of detailing and tolerance a flagship demands.
