Project ManagerCore Experience — Minimum 15+ + years of project management experience with proven delivery of commercial buildings, residential developments, mixed‑use projects, and large civil structures.Project Delivery — Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, coordination, and handover of multi‑disciplinary commercial and residential construction works.Technical Competence — Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP interfaces across commercial and residential facilities; capable of resolving site issues and ensuring alignment with design intent.Authority Compliance — Familiarity with UAE authority requirements (DM, DDA, Civil Defense, Trakhees), including approvals, inspections, and regulatory submissions for both commercial and residential developments.Contract & Cost Control — Good knowledge of contractual obligations, variation management, progress tracking, and coordination with QS/Commercial teams to maintain cost and schedule discipline.Stakeholder Management — Effective communication with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams; able to manage expectations, drive timelines, and resolve conflicts across diverse project types.Quality & Safety Oversight — Ensures compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements throughout all phases of commercial and residential construction.Team Coordination — Capable of supervising site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining disciplined execution to achieve project milestones.Commercial & Residential Exposure — Experience in specialized elements such as retail fit‑outs, façade systems, parking structures, residential amenities, interior finishes, vertical circulation systems, and high‑spec MEP installations.
