🚨 We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out 🚨Join I2D Interiors and lead the successful delivery of high-quality fit-out projects across the UAE.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with:✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in India✔ Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out✔ Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and team management✔ Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project✔ MBA, PMP, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Manage fit-out projects from initiation to handover• Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project• Lead Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards• Monitor project progress, resources, risks, and procurement activities• Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control• Oversee Architectural, Joinery, Civil, and MEP coordination• Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements• Lead snagging, de-snagging, and project close-out activities🔹 Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field• MBA in Project Management/Operations Management is an advantage• Proven UAE fit-out project management experience• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines• UAE Driving License preferred
