Tee-Pama Group, a network of reputable companies operating in the Construction, Engineering, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors, headquartered in Ibadan, Oyo State, is expanding its operations and seeks highly experienced, performance-driven professionals to join its team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, coordinate, and deliver projects within approved scope, budget, and timeline. Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage project risks. Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality assurance. Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder coordination. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or related discipline). Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (PGD/M.Sc.). PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable. ExperienceMinimum of 20 years’ project management experience. At least 5 years’ experience managing large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects. GENERAL REQUIREMENTSStrong analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong technical competence and industry experience. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
