Project Manager

AJDAN is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of a large scale development in Dammam, including residential, retail, and other development components.Key Responsibilities• Manage the project from planning through construction and handover• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, risks, and milestones• Ensure delivery in line with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements• Manage project progress, reporting, and key delivery issuesQualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience• Strong experience in residential, large scale real estate developments• Real estate developer experience is preferredSkills• Project management and leadership• Construction and project delivery• Planning and scheduling• Consultant and contractor management• Cost and budget management• Stakeholder management• Risk management and problem solving• Strong communication and reporting
