Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of their projects from initial needs assessment to final delivery. Daily responsibilities include defining project requirements, establishing progress tracking, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring timely delivery within budgetary and regulatory constraints. Facilitating collaboration and ensuring quality and compliance with client expectations are key focus areas of this role. Qualifications Proven expertise in Project Management and Expediting to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasksExperience with Logistics Management to organize and streamline processes and resource allocationKnowledge of Inspection techniques to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirementsStrong organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clientsAbility to manage timelines, budgets, and complex project requirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management are an advantageExperience in architectural and engineering industries and familiarity with Middle Eastern regulations is a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailKnowledge of regional construction and technical codes is advantageous
