Project Manager

ehtConstruction is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.We are seeking a capable leader who can take full ownership of construction projects—from mobilization through final handover.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource requirements.Coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.Monitor construction progress, cost, quality, and safety performance.Identify project risks and delays and implement effective corrective actions.Manage variations, claims, subcontractor payments, and project documentation.Conduct progress meetings and provide clear, accurate reports to management.Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable Saudi regulations.Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience, including proven experience managing projects in Saudi Arabia.Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, procurement, contracts, and construction operations.Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.Familiarity with ERP systems and project reporting tools is preferred.PMP certificationFluency in English is required.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is proactive, accountable, technically capable, and comfortable taking full ownership of project outcomes.
