Project Manager

The position is a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager focused on Risk and Regulatory initiativeswithin a large financial institution. The core mission is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution while ensuring compliance with major regulatory frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Testing: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, while also overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-production support.Process Analysis: Perform root cause and gap analyses to evaluate current-state versus future-state business processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with distributed global teams, including developers, QA, subject matter experts (SMEs), and executives.Change Management: Lead training, rollout activities, and change management processes for new IT solutions.Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and action plans to senior management.Skills & QualificationsExperience: 10+ years of professional experience in large financial institutions.Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of Credit Risk, financial instruments, market data, and regulatory frameworks like CCAR and FRTB.Methodologies & Tools: Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks, alongside tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and ServiceNow.Soft Skills: Strong executive presence, multi-tasking abilities, and the capacity to translate complex technical/financial concepts for diverse audiences.
