Employer OverviewA growing technology company based in Florida, focused on developing and continuously improving digital products and software solutions.The organization works closely with leadership, developers, designers, clients, and users to translate business needs and user feedback into impactful and user-centric product experiences.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Project Manager to manage technical projects from planning through delivery, ensuring requirements, timelines, priorities, and communication remain clear throughout the project lifecycle.The role works closely with clients, developers, designers, leadership, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage website, software, CRM, automation, integration, and technical projects from start to finish.Use project management tools daily to create tasks, organize timelines, assign work, track progress, and document updates.Build and maintain detailed project timelines with milestones, due dates, dependencies, and priorities.Break down client requests into clear requirements, tasks, subtasks, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with developers and designers to confirm scope, timelines, priorities, and blockers.Keep project boards clean, accurate, and updated.Communicate clearly with clients on project status, next steps, blockers, approvals needed, and timeline changes.Join client calls, take clear notes, summarize decisions, and turn discussions into actionable tasks.Review completed work before it is shared with the client to make sure it matches the request.Follow up with team members in a respectful and collaborative way to keep work moving.Identify risks early and communicate them before they become larger issues.Coordinate testing, feedback, revisions, launches, and deployments.Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, handoff notes, and internal guides when needed.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in project management.Experience with software development is preferred.Ownership and accountabilityOrganization and prioritizationAttention to detailReliabilityProactiveness and initiativePractical problem-solvingProject timelines and milestone managementTechnical project coordinationTesting, feedback, launches, and deploymentsSOPs and technical documentationWrike, ClickUp, Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar project management toolsStrong English is required.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, dependencies, notes, and approvals.Ability to translate client requests into clear requirements and actionable tasks.
