Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and confident IT Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, preferably within the Telecommunications or Fintech industry, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders, project teams, timelines, risks, and project deliverables.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business and technical requirements.Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and clients.Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope.Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure proper project governance and adherence to project management standards and best practices.Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making when required.RequirementsMinimum 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.Experience in managing IT/technology projects is a must.Experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) or Fintech industry is a must.PMP certification is required.Fluent English communication skills are required.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Confident, professional, and presentable with good client-facing skills.
