Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) | Digital Channels / IT Project ManagementJob Purpose:The Project Manager – E-Channel Banking will lead the planning, design, and delivery of e-channel banking products and services, ensuring solutions meet business needs, comply with regulatory standards, and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. The role spans both hands-on delivery of individual e-channel initiatives and strategic oversight of a broader project portfolio, including team leadership and senior stakeholder management.Key Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and document business needs and user requirements for e-channel banking products and services.Analyze current e-channel systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Develop detailed functional specifications and design solutions that address business requirements.Stakeholder & Change ManagementEngage with stakeholders across the business to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations are met.Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new e-channel systems.Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate adoption of e-channel solutions.Project & Portfolio DeliveryOversee implementation of e-channel solutions, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.Manage multiple e-channel projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and value delivery.Develop and execute high-level project strategies for e-channel banking initiatives.Track project performance metrics, analyze progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.Quality, Risk & ComplianceEnsure thorough testing of e-channel systems to validate functionality, performance, and security.Ensure all e-channel solutions comply with regulatory requirements.Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.Establish and enforce project governance frameworks aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.Leadership, Reporting and DocumentationLead and mentor project managers and project teams, fostering effective execution and professional growth.Manage and approve large-scale project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency.Maintain documentation on system requirements, processes, and project progress.Provide executive-level reports and presentations on project status, risks, and achievements to senior management.Continuous ImprovementMonitor the performance of live e-channel solutions and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.GovernanceEstablish and enforce project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.Experience in stakeholder management at senior/executive levels.Proven experience managing digital/e-channel banking projects (internet banking, mobile banking, ATM/POS, payment gateways, etc.).Strong understanding of banking regulatory and compliance requirements (SAMA regulations, as applicable).Strong leadership, budgeting, and risk management skillsProject & Portfolio ManagementBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationRisk & Governance ManagementTeam Leadership & MentoringChange ManagementAlso, You can forward your CV through below link for more upcoming Job vacancies: https://cv-fnrco.com
