Project Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE🏗️ Industry: Construction / Residential Villas💼 Experience: 7+ Years🏠 Mandatory: Minimum 5 Villa Projects in Abu Dhabi, Valid Engineering LicenseWe are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in residential villa construction in Abu Dhabi to manage projects from execution through final handover.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end villa construction projects from commencement to handover.Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, manpower and budgets.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.Supervise civil, structural and finishing works.Monitor project progress, quality, safety and productivity.Manage inspections, approvals, snagging and final handover.Review drawings, BOQs, materials and technical requirements.Prepare progress reports and ensure timely completion.Identify project risks, delays and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi construction regulations and authority requirements.🔹 Requirements🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 7 years of relevant construction experience.🏠 Minimum 5 completed villa projects in Abu Dhabi – Mandatory.Strong experience in residential/luxury villa construction.Proven experience managing projects from construction to handover.Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing, subcontractor and site management.Experience coordinating with consultants and Abu Dhabi authorities.Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project and AutoCAD is preferred.UAE Driving Licence preferred.Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi/UAE preferred.⭐ Ideal CandidateA hands-on Civil Project Manager who has personally managed and delivered at least 5 villa projects in Abu Dhabi, rather than someone with only general building or commercial construction experience.
