Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob OverviewWe are looking for a professional International Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of electromechanical engineering projects. This role involves end-to-end project planning, cross-team coordination, cost and schedule control, and overseas business support. The candidate needs to adapt to phased business trips and overseas secondment, and efficiently drive project delivery with high quality and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Initiation & Planning Management: Take charge of project kick-off, formulate overall project implementation plans, clarify project objectives, work scope, time nodes and resource allocation, and dynamically adjust plans according to project actual conditions to ensure standardized project operation.Cross-link Coordination & Resource Management: Coordinate internal project design, production and manufacturing links, manage and supervise subcontractors’ construction and execution work, solve docking problems in each link in a timely manner, and promote seamless progress of all project segments.Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Serve as the core communication interface with global clients and suppliers, follow up project demands and technical requirements, synchronize project progress, respond to on-site and technical inquiries, and maintain good cooperative relationships.Project Progress & On-site Support: Provide professional technical and management support for project site implementation, track phased and overall project milestones in real time, supervise construction and delivery progress, rectify schedule deviations in a timely manner, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.Cost Control & Payment Collection: Responsible for overall project cost management, reasonably control labor, material and operating costs to optimize project profit margins; sort out project documents and billing materials, assist the team in completing settlement work, and promote timely payment collection.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Control, Mechatronic Integration or other related engineering disciplines.More than 2 years of full-cycle project management experience in electromechanical integration engineering projects, familiar with overseas engineering project operation processes.Proficient in AutoCAD for drawing viewing and simple editing; skilled in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) for project document sorting, data analysis and progress reporting.Strong logical thinking, excellent planning and organizational capabilities, with outstanding cross-department and cross-party communication and coordination skills.Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing); CET-6, PMP certification is highly preferred.Good pressure resistance and problem-solving ability, able to adapt to frequent phased business trips and short-term overseas secondment work.Preferred QualitiesProactive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability; familiar with international engineering project management standards, with overseas project experience being a plus.
