With a strong project pipeline and a reputation for quality delivery, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or an ambitious Project Engineer looking to take the next step in their career.Your new role Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept design through to completion and handover. Working closely with consultants, authorities, site teams and stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving programme outcomes, managing approvals and ensuring successful project delivery.Key responsibilities include:Managing projects through planning, approvals, procurement and constructionCoordinating consultants and design teams to ensure documentation is accurate, coordinated and buildableLeading programme development and monitoring project milestonesManaging authority approvals, utility coordination and pre-construction activitiesReviewing designs for buildability, staging and value engineering opportunitiesMonitoring budgets, procurement activities and project performanceSupporting Site Managers and delivery teams throughout constructionManaging project risks, stakeholder relationships and reporting requirementsEnsuring safety, quality and compliance standards are achievedWhat you'll need to succeed Experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Contract Administrator or Site Manager within residential constructionExposure to townhouse, medium-density, apartments or residential building projectsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to coordinate consultants, approvals and project documentationUnderstanding of construction programming, project controls and procurementConstruction-related degree, diploma, trade qualification or equivalent experienceDriven, organised and looking to build a long-term career in project deliveryWhat you'll get in return Opportunity to manage projects from concept through to completionCareer pathway into senior project leadershipExposure to high-quality townhouse and medium-density developmentsSupportive and collaborative team environmentStrong project pipeline and long-term job securityCompetitive salary package based on experience $170/240K + SuperWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'Apply Now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or contact Will Ballam on 02 6112 7655 for a confidential discussion about your career.
