Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end project delivery for IoT-related hardware products, including:Drafting technical solutions and cost estimates under PMO guidanceCoordinating project initiation, timeline tracking, and budget utilization monitoring (vs. approved plans)Executing QA checklists per ISO 9001 standardsManaging phase-specific delivery across the full lifecycle (e.g., prototyping to mass production)Facilitate communication with client-side project managers to:Clarify requirements and scope boundaries for electronic terminal productsDefine quality criteria and develop detailed delivery plansDrive implementation through cross-functional alignmentCoordinate a cross-functional team (typically 4-6 members from R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and QA) to:Conduct milestone technical reviews for IoT hardware developmentSecure resource allocation for production ramp-upEnsure seamless transition to manufacturing and market launchImplement cost control and risk mitigation through:Real-time budget tracking tools (e.g., Jira/Excel)Data-driven cost optimization in hardware development phasesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Experience:5+ years in project coordination within IoT/electronics manufacturingHands-on contribution to 2+ full-cycle electronic terminal product developments (e.g., smart wearables, connected devices)Prior experience in mobile phone/ODM projects or overseas client engagements (preferred)Language: Fluent English (written/spoken) for technical documentation and client communication.Core Competencies:Cross-departmental collaboration in matrix organizationsProficiency in project planning, timeline tracking, and risk managementCost optimization mindset with data-driven executionAdaptability in dynamic technical environmentsProcess Knowledge:Familiarity with PMBOK/IPD frameworks (PMP/Prince2 certification a plus)Direct experience in mobile/ODM manufacturing settings (Mainland China or Taiwan-based firms preferred)
