Project Manager

Role Overview:We are looking for someone with extensive hands-on expertise in managing qualitative fieldwork projects. This includes participant recruitment, scheduling and managing IDIs/FGDs, online bulletin board discussions, vendor and field team management, client management, project tracking, quality control, and timely delivery.OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:- Project Management: o Leading all responsibilities on project execution.o Forming complete understanding of client’s research problem.o Developing/ localizing research instruments like screener, discussion guide, research stimulus materials, secondary market information to support project objective.o Leading briefing and training of data collection teamso Conducting In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies etc.o Micro-level monitoring project of data collection and ensuing quality controls on the project.o Identify issues and provide timely actionable solution to data collection team.o Qualitative Data Analysis and Reporting insights to client.Client Servicing: oSwift in managing all communication with clientWorking closely with client during all aspect of project life cycleProviding relevant market information to client to make them comfortable with understanding of local marketsProactive in discussing issues and providing actionable solutionsAttending client during field visits and ensuring all aspects of client visit run smoothlyActive team player and of supporting character ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIESThe essential skills/competencies this position should have in order to accomplish the job results and to perform the job duties.Proficient in working on Microsoft Office SuitesExcellent communication skills, written and spokenGood Inter-team management skillsExcellent at deriving qualitative insights and smart at constructing research report andpresenting to clients.Open to travel across India for project management and client visitsExposure to servicing international clients would be preferredInterested candidates can share their resumes on pooja.patil@hansaresearch.com
