Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, with 15 to 20 years of experience in project management and the execution of flood‑control and stormwater mitigation projects. The candidate must have held the same position for at least the past five years on similar projects, possess strong leadership skills, and be accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers.
