Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.15-20+ years of experience in MEP project management.Strong experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting & Electrical systems.Manage overall MEP project execution, planning, cost, quality and programme.Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality standards.Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, contracts and MEP standards.UAE/GCC experience in high-rise/building projects preferred.Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
