Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out€100,000 DOE + Excellent PackageDublin & KildareLeading Fit-Out ContractorCommercial Office ProjectsI’m currently working with a leading fit-out contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the delivery of high-spec commercial office fit-out projects across Dublin and Kildare.The successful candidate will have a strong commercial fit-out background, with proven experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for the overall delivery of projects, including programme, subcontractor management, commercial performance, quality and client relationships.The RoleTake full responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.Manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones and completion dates are achieved.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project teams throughout the delivery process.Manage project resources, ensuring works are properly planned, sequenced and coordinated.Monitor commercial performance, costs and project budgets in conjunction with the commercial team.Maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, consultants and other key stakeholders.Ensure all works are completed to the required quality, specification and programme.Manage project documentation, reporting and progress updates.Identify potential project risks and implement effective solutions to minimise delays and additional costs.Lead regular project meetings and coordinate communication across all project stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with health and safety requirements and company procedures.Drive high standards of quality and workmanship throughout the project.Manage the commissioning, snagging and handover process through to successful completion.Requirements7+ years’ experience within the construction industry, with strong commercial fit-out experience.Proven experience working as a Project Manager on commercial office or similar high-spec fit-out projects.Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion.Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and project teams.Strong programme management and project planning skills.Good commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, costs and project performance.Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.Strong knowledge of construction methods, specifications and building regulations.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to tight deadlines.Relevant construction, engineering or project management qualification.Package€100,000 DOECompany VehicleExcellent PackageCommercial office fit-out projectsDublin and Kildare locationsStrong pipeline of upcoming projectsLong-term career opportunityOpportunity to join a leading fit-out contractor
